Enquiries & quotes
Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a contract between you and us, and it doesn’t oblige either of us to go ahead with a project.
Any quote, estimate or proposal we send is valid for [30 days] unless it says otherwise. It is based on the information you’ve given us at that point.
Work only begins once we have both agreed a written proposal or statement of work. That document, together with any project terms referred to in it, will govern the project: scope, fees, payment, timelines and who owns what. If those terms conflict with these website terms, the project terms apply.
If you’re a consumer (hiring us for personal rather than business purposes) and you agree a project with us remotely, for example by email, phone or online, you’ll normally have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days and then cancel, you may have to pay for the work already done. Full details, including a cancellation form, will be included with your proposal. Prices quoted to consumers include VAT where it applies.
Your information
When you send an enquiry, you confirm that the information you give is accurate. If you enquire on behalf of an organisation, you also confirm you’re authorised to do so.
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property rights in this website, including its design, text, graphics, code and logos. You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not otherwise copy, adapt or commercially use any part of it without our written permission.
Some projects shown on this site may belong to our clients and are shown with their permission. Ownership of work we create for you is set out in your project agreement.
Website content
The content on this site is for general information only. It isn’t professional advice for your specific situation. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no promises that it is complete or current. Portfolio examples show the kind of work we do and aren’t a guarantee of specific results.
Third-party links & services
Our site may link to other websites and uses third-party services, such as Zoho for handling enquiries. We don’t control those websites or services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link doesn’t mean we endorse the site.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that can’t be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.
If you’re a business user: to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to the website. We won’t be liable for any loss of profit, sales, business, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.
If you’re a consumer: we provide this website for domestic and private use only. We aren’t liable for any business losses. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
We aren’t responsible for viruses or other harmful material that may affect your device as a result of using the site. We recommend using up-to-date antivirus software.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Please check it from time to time. The terms that apply are the ones in force when you use the site.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from your use of the website, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you’re a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
